The Ambient ArthroWand Collection is the first series of bRF Wands to provide
accurate, real-time temperature measurements of the operative environment. When
paired together, the QuantumTM 2 System and Ambient thermocouple technology
allow the surgeon to effectively monitor current temperature measurement of the
arthroscopic irrigating fluid. The easy-to-use, synergistic system provides you
with the information you need to ensure your procedure is proceeding as planned.
Ambient ArthroWand Assembly Instructions
1) Connect Wand
2) Adjust alarm set point
3) Activate Wand
The Quantum 2 System Controller automatically displays real-time operative environment temperature.
Audio and visual alarms will activate if the temperature measurement exceeds the
alarm set point.
